Moreover, compared with other mechanical equipment, the processing environment is relatively clean, but due to the increasingly advanced and complex technology, the quality requirements for maintenance personnel are very high, requiring them to have deep professional knowledge and rich maintenance inspections, and have good professional ethics, so that the faults in the machining center can be solved in time. 1. Abnormal sound during three-axis operation
1. The bearing is faulty; the solution is to replace the bearing.
2. The screw busbar and the guide rail are unbalanced; the solution is to correct the screw busbar.
3. The wear-resistant sheet is severely worn, resulting in serious scratches on the guide rail; the solution is to re-apply the wear-resistant sheet, and the guide rail needs to be reprocessed when the scratches are too serious.

2. Failure of the tool magazine
1. The tool sleeve does not rotate in place, and the solution is to adjust the tool magazine. If the tool change point position is deviated, the XY positioning coordinates during tool change need to be adjusted, that is, the parameters need to be changed.
2. The solution for the confusion of tool numbers is to reprogram the tool in the programming system.
3. The tool needs to be reset when the tool is stuck during tool change. If the alarm is eliminated, change the tool again.
3. The machine tool cannot return to zero point
1. The origin switch contact is stuck and cannot move; Solution: Clean the stuck part to make the moving part move smoothly, or replace the travel switch.
2. The origin block cannot press the origin switch to the switch action position; Solution: Adjust the installation position of the travel switch so that the zero switch contact can be pressed to the switch action position by the block smoothly.
3. The origin switch is flooded, causing the switch contacts to rust and have poor contact; Solution: Replace the travel switch and take waterproof measures.
4. The origin switch circuit is disconnected or the input signal source is faulty; Solution: Check whether the switch circuit is open or short-circuited, and whether there is a signal source/(+24V DC power supply/).
5. The PLC input point is burned out; the solution is to replace the input point on the I/O board, set the parameters, and modify the PLC program.
