The horizontal track machining center adopts a European style fully moving column design, and the workbench only performs rotary motion (can be equipped with dual exchange workbenches). The three axes use heavy-duty linear roller linear guides, which have strong bearing capacity, high accuracy, and high speed. Explanation of the usage characteristics of horizontal rail machining centers:


1. Bed: It is designed and manufactured by advanced resin Sand casting and box structure. After aging treatment, the internal stress is eliminated, and the material is tough. In addition, the box structure design and high rigid body structure enable the machining center to have enough rigidity and strength, and the whole machine shows cutting resistance and high precision.


2. Transmission shaft: The X/Y/Z axis adopts a linear rail slide design. The column, saddle, head and base are designed and manufactured by advanced resin Sand casting and box structure. The configuration of reinforcing rib is analyzed by computer to improve rigidity and stability.


3. Screw rod: The three-axis adopts high-precision double nut pre pressing precision ball screw, combined with the locking design of the support seats at both ends, which can eliminate transmission backlash and pre compensate for errors caused by temperature rise, ensuring positioning accuracy.


4. Spindle motor: Adopting a high-speed motor, the machining center has excellent performance in high-speed, low-speed, light and heavy cutting (with a power of 15/18.5 KW).


5. Spindle head: It adopts a high-precision and highly rigid main spindle head, which can withstand heavy cutting and long-term heavy cutting under radial and axial loads, and can maintain high precision in machining.


6. Tool magazine: Adopting a bamboo hat/disc type tool magazine, providing fast, stable, and reliable tool exchange action, controlled by PLC software, fast and quick tool change action, reducing non cutting time.


7. Electrical box: The electrical box is equipped with a heat exchanger to ensure system stability, and the external wiring is equipped with protective coils, which can withstand heat and oil and water.


8. Lubrication system: Adopting an automatic depressurization lubrication system for centralized oil supply, and an advanced depressurization intermittent oil supply system, timely and appropriate oil supply is provided to each lubrication point in a timed, quantitative, constant pressure, and individual manner, ensuring that each lubrication position receives lubricating oil in a timely manner, so that the machining center can operate for a long time without worries.


9. Fully sealed sheet metal: In the current environmental protection and strong requirements for operator safety, the design of sheet metal in processing centers focuses on aesthetic appearance, environmental protection, and ergonomic compliance. The fully sealed sheet metal design completely prevents Cutting fluid and Cutting fluid from splashing outside the machining center, so that the surrounding of the machining center can be kept clean.
