The horizontal track machining center has nine characteristics in daily use

The horizontal line rail machining center adopts European design full moving column design, the workbench only performs rotary motion (double exchange workbench can be installed), and the three-axis adopts heavy load linear roller linear guide rail, with strong bearing capacity, high precision and high speed. The layout is reasonable and advanced, and the machine tool is rigid. It is easy to operate and is very suitable for processing various boxes.

Usage characteristics of horizontal rail machining center:

1. Machine bed: It is made of advanced resin sand casting and box structure design. After aging treatment, it eliminates internal stress, and its material is tough. With box structure design and high rigid body structure, the machining center has sufficient rigidity and strength, and the whole machine shows cutting resistance and high accuracy.

2. Transmission shaft: X/Y/Z axis adopts linear line rail slide rail design. The column, saddle, head and base are designed and manufactured by advanced resin sand casting and box structure. The configuration of reinforcing rib is analyzed by computer to improve the rigidity and stability.

3. Screw rod: the three-axis adopts high-precision double nut pre pressed precision ball screw, and the locking design of support seats at both ends can eliminate the transmission backlash and pre compensate the error caused by temperature rise to ensure the positioning accuracy.

4. Spindle motor: High speed motor is used to make the machining center perform well in high speed, low speed, light and heavy cutting (power up to 15/18.5 KW).

5. Spindle head: the spindle head with high precision and rigidity can withstand heavy cutting and long time heavy cutting under radial and axial loads, and can maintain high precision of machining.

6. Tool magazine: The bamboo hat type/disc type tool magazine is used to provide fast, stable and reliable tool exchange action, which is controlled by PLC software. The fast tool change action reduces the non cutting time.

7. Electric box: the electric box is equipped with a heat exchanger to ensure the stability of the system. The external wiring part is equipped with a protective coil pipe, which can withstand heat, oil and water.

8. Lubrication system: the automatic pressure relief lubrication system is used for centralized oil supply, and the advanced pressure relief intermittent oil supply system is used to provide timely and appropriate oil supply to each lubrication point in a regular, quantitative, constant pressure and individual way, so as to ensure that each lubrication position can get lubricating oil at the right time, so that the machining center can operate for a long time without worries.

9. Full density sheet metal: under the strong requirements of environmental protection and operator safety, the sheet metal design of the processing center focuses on beauty, environmental protection and ergonomics. The fully sealed sheet metal design completely prevents the cutting fluid and cutting fluid from splashing outside the machining center, so that the periphery of the machining center can be kept clean.
