What should we pay attention to in machining center processing technology and programming

If you really want to say what to pay attention to, there are many things to pay attention to. For each version of each programming software, others can publish a book + CD to teach. You have to pay attention to all of this, because even if you draw a line in the wrong place, your product will be different, not to mention mistakes when programming.

In our CNC machining center, this industry is originally a delicate job, which requires careful coordination in drawing, programming, and machine adjustment to make the most accurate and beautiful workpieces.

Generally speaking, in terms of programming, I think there are several main aspects: the processing time should be as short as possible, but it should be within the tool tolerance range, it is necessary to avoid stepping on the tool and sudden feeding (feed and retract), consider how to sort the subsequent processes (for example, the surface should be processed first, otherwise it will be difficult to do it later), consider how to do it to achieve the best processing effect and size, etc., and experts can add the process. First, know how to make this part, what to do first, what to do later, how to install the card, and how to install the card without affecting the tool processing. There should be no interference. You need to know the material and the material of the tool, what kind of workpiece material corresponds to what kind of tool, so that the processing is stable, and there is also the problem of the machine tool's stroke. The workpiece is too large and cannot exceed the stroke. Under the premise of ensuring that the workpiece is stable, easy to install, and easy to process, consider the processing time and optimize it.

During processing, first do the parts with low precision that do not affect the subsequent precision and appearance, and then do the parts with higher precision and appearance requirements. Pay attention to interference, tool length, workpiece height, determine the workpiece coordinate system, and give reasonable tool parameters when programming. The most important thing to pay attention to is whether there will be a collision with the tool.
