Consider how to sort the subsequent processes (such as processing the surface first, making it difficult to do later) and how to do it to achieve the best processing effect and size. If there are experts, supplement the process, first know how to make the part, what to do first, what to do later, how to install the card, the card installation does not affect the tool processing, there should be no interference, and it is necessary to know the material of the material and the tool, what kind of workpiece material corresponds to what kind of tool to choose, so that the processing is stable, and there is also the machine tool. When processing, start with the parts with low precision that do not affect the accuracy and appearance later. For the parts with high precision and appearance requirements, pay attention to interference, tool length, workpiece height, determine the workpiece coordinate system, and provide reasonable tool parameters during programming.
