If you really have to pay attention to something, there are many to be aware of. For every programming software and version, others can come up with a book and a CD to teach. This is all important because even if you draw a wrong line, your product will be different, let alone making mistakes during programming.
In our CNC machining center industry, it is already a delicate task that requires careful coordination in drawing, programming, and machine adjustment to produce precise and beautiful workpieces.
In general, in terms of programming, I think there are several aspects to consider: the processing time should be as short as possible, but it should be within the tolerance range of the tool, and it is necessary to avoid stepping on the tool and sudden feed in (to solve the problem of advancing and retreating the tool). Consider how to sort the subsequent processes (such as processing the surface first, making it difficult to do later) and how to do it to achieve the best processing effect and size. If there are experts, supplement the process, first know how to make the part, what to do first, what to do later, how to install the card, the card installation does not affect the tool processing, there should be no interference, and it is necessary to know the material of the material and the tool, what kind of workpiece material corresponds to what kind of tool to choose, so that the processing is stable, and there is also the machine tool. Travel issue, the workpiece is too large to exceed the travel time. On the premise of ensuring that the workpiece is stable, easy to assemble, and easy to process, optimize the processing time while considering it.
When processing, start with the parts with low precision that do not affect the accuracy and appearance later. For the parts with high precision and appearance requirements, pay attention to interference, tool length, workpiece height, determine the workpiece coordinate system, and provide reasonable tool parameters during programming. What should be noted is whether it will hit the knife.
