What are the basic knowledge of CNC machine tool machining

Any technology has its own proprietary vocabulary, and the same applies to CNC machining. Firstly, numerical control technology, also known as numerical control technology, is commonly referred to as NC. When viewed on a machine tool, the word CNC often indicates that the machining center machine tool is different from a CNC machine tool (without a tool library), and there are also types of ordinary machine tools that do not have a tool library or are not CNC. CNC programming is divided into manual programming and active programming. The meaning of manual programming is that all steps from part drawing analysis, process processing, numerical calculation, program writing to program verification are completed manually. This method is effective for situations where the shape of the part is not too complex and the machining program is short. For parts with non circular curves, column surfaces, and composite surfaces, or for long programs, it is suitable for conscious programming.
