working principle
The flow of compressed air in the pipeline is used to drive the continuous flow of lubricating oil along the inner wall of the pipeline, and the oil and gas are mixed and transported to the main shaft part of the machining center and the lead screw and other parts that need to be lubricated. The dry compressed air is continuously supplied at a constant pressure (5-8BAR), and the lubricating oil is supplied quantitatively according to the different quantities of spindle lubrication, screw lubrication or other parts of the oil consumption. Therefore, each lubrication circuit must use a separate micro oil pump as the power source for oil delivery. After the oil comes out of the pump, it must first enter the oil-air mixing valve. In the oil-air mixing valve, the flowing compressed air blows the oil into small oil droplets, which adhere to the An oil film is formed on the pipe wall, and the oil film flows along the pipe wall with the direction of the airflow, and the thickness of the oil film gradually decreases during the flow process, but does not condense.

Horizontal machining center
Horizontal machining center refers to the machining center whose main shaft is in a horizontal state, usually with a rotary table with automatic indexing. After one card installation, complete the processing of the remaining four surfaces except the mounting surface and the top surface, it is most suitable for adding box parts. Compared with the vertical machining center, the horizontal machining center is easy to remove chips during machining, which is beneficial to the machining, but the structure is complex. The price is higher.
