Environmental requirements for machine tool location


The position of the machine tool shall be far away from the vibration source, avoid the influence of direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid the influence of humidity and air flow. If there is vibration source near the machine tool, anti vibration ditch shall be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool will be directly affected, and the electronic components will have poor contact and failure, which will affect the reliability of the machine tool.


Temperature conditions


The ambient temperature of CNC lathe is lower than 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there are exhaust fans or cooling fans inside the NC electric control box to keep the working temperature of electronic components, especially the central processing unit, constant or the temperature difference changes very little. Excessive temperature and humidity will reduce the service life of control system components and increase faults. With the increase of temperature and humidity, the increase of dust will produce bonding on the integrated circuit board and lead to short circuit.


Power requirements


Generally, the CNC lathe is installed in the machining workshop. Not only the environmental temperature changes greatly and the service conditions are poor, but also there are many kinds of electromechanical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the position where the CNC lathe is installed requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The fluctuation of power supply voltage must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the NC system.


Use the machine tool according to the instructions


When using the machine tool, the user is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the machine tool. Only the clearance compensation parameter value can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The user shall not replace the accessories of the machine tool at will, such as using the hydraulic chuck beyond the provisions of the manual. When setting accessories, the manufacturer shall fully consider the matching of various link parameters. Blind replacement leads to the mismatch of various link parameters and even unexpected accidents. The pressure of hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool holder, hydraulic tailstock and hydraulic oil cylinder shall be within the allowable stress range and shall not be increased arbitrarily.
