Inquiry When receiving the information that the high-speed engraving and milling machine has a fault on site and needs to be cleaned up, the operator should first be required to try to maintain the on-site fault situation and not do any treatment, which is conducive to sensitive and accurate analysis of the cause of the fault. At the same time, carefully inquire about the fault indication, fault symptoms and the background of the fault, and make a preliminary judgment based on this, so as to determine the tools, diagrams, drawings, spare parts, etc. that should be brought for on-site troubleshooting, and reduce the round-trip time.
2. On-site inspection After arriving at the site, first verify the accuracy and completeness of the various conditions provided by the operator, and then verify the accuracy of the preliminary judgment. Due to the level of the operator, there are many cases where the description of the fault situation is unclear or even completely inaccurate. Therefore, after arriving at the site, do not rush to deal with it, and carefully check various conditions from the beginning to avoid damaging the site and making troubleshooting more difficult.
3. Fault analysis According to the known fault situation, analyze the fault type according to the fault classification method described in the previous section, and then determine the troubleshooting principle. Since most faults have indications, in general, by comparing the CNC system diagnosis manual and operating instructions of the machine tool, a variety of possible causes of the fault can be listed.
4. Determine the cause. Check various possible causes to find out the real cause of the fault. This is a comprehensive test of the maintenance personnel's understanding of the machine tool, knowledge level, practical experience and analytical judgment ability.
5. Troubleshooting preparation. Some faults can be solved very simply, while some faults are generally more complicated and require a series of preparations, such as tool surface preparation, partial disassembly, parts repair, component purchase and even the formulation of troubleshooting plan process.
