How to disassemble and install the spindle of the machining center
When the damaged machine tool spindle needs to be replaced, first remove the original spindle, then assemble the new spindle, perform dynamic balancing, and reinstall it on the CNC machine tool before the machine tool can be used. However, after assembly, a dynamic balancing test should be performed before use. If the dynamic balancing is not done well, the noise will be quite loud, and parts such as bearings are easily damaged. The parts of the new spindle can use the good parts and intact bearings on the original spindle.
First, disassemble the damaged spindle. First remove the top cylinder, then unscrew the stacked spring pressure block. Note that there is a top screw for tightening in the stacked spring pressure block. The top screw should be loosened first and then the thread. Then remove the nine pairs of stacked springs and retaining rings. If you want to remove the spindle core, you must first remove the pulley, which is pressed by the backing nut. First unscrew the tightening screw on the backing nut, and then remove the backing nut, so that the pulley can be removed. Finally, remove the spindle core-including the entire component of the column and the inner and outer sleeves. Pay attention to protection, hold the bottom of the spindle column with your hand, when the bearing end cover is removed, the spindle core can be removed, hold the spindle core, if the core cannot be removed, use a steel rod to gently knock it down, and finally remove the spindle core.
Specific steps for installing the spindle
1. Tighten the pull rod and the push rod to each other
2. Clean the inner wall of the housing and the spindle jacket to prevent impurities from entering and affecting the matching quality. At this time, the size of the spindle jacket is φ110mm±0.0065mm, and it is a transition match with the inner wall of the housing.
3. The lap spring is covered with oily dust due to long-term use of the machine tool. It needs to be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene, and then butter is added.
4. Add lubricating oil to the bearing. Since it needs to be resistant to high temperatures, it is best to use lithium-based grease or sodium-based grease. At the same time, check the direction of the radial thrust bearing and install it back to back.
