If the spindle speed is not normal, that is, after the spindle is given the command speed, the reaction speed on the CNC machining center is inconsistent with the command speed (generally less than the command speed). It may be that the CNC machining center spindle is not smooth and there are abnormalities. The sound is loud and slow, and in some cases, the motor may even have an overcurrent alarm. For the CNC machining center spindle, in the case of encoder response, the speed command "S" given by the CNC machining center machine is followed by a number, which will reflect the same value on the system flash.
The main drive of the CNC machining center spindle can be used with a belt drive or a gear drive. Most of them are now driven by a synchronous belt in a belt drive. The speed is not normal. It may be because the synchronous device is too long, so it has a step of slip loss. The coupling between the CNC machining center spindle and the spindle encoder is also used with a synchronous belt, and the same situation may be lost in the step. However, the smoothness of the CNC machining center spindle is not good, or any bearing on the spindle may burn out, resulting in excessive resistance of the CNC machining center and causing the spindle to roll failure.
External signal interference also constitutes this phenomenon.
